Accounts and stored data

You can register and sign in to manage your profile, credit records, orders, subscriptions and support tickets. We store your name, email address, password hash, account and session identifiers, permissions, and records of actions you take. Authentication uses essential session cookies. Account creation may also record your IP address and language for security and account operation. Cloudflare D1 stores these records for this site; they persist across deployments and are linked to your account. Passwords are stored as hashes, not readable text. No advertising or analytics is enabled. We retain account records while needed to operate your account, resolve support or security issues and meet applicable obligations. Request access, correction or deletion at contact@makehotellobby.video; signing out ends your session but does not delete your account. Live purchases remain unavailable until separately configured and verified.

Hosting and contact messages

Cloudflare hosts this site and delivers its pages and media. Requests disclose network and device data, including your IP address, browser details, requested URL and time, to the hosting service. Hosting security and diagnostic logs may also record request identifiers, status codes and errors. They are retained separately from your generation tasks. No advertising or analytics is enabled.

Email sent to contact@makehotellobby.video is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to the operator’s mailbox. Your email address, message and any attachments are processed to respond to the request. Send only what is needed; do not send photos, passwords or payment details. Request access or deletion through the same address. Mail and hosting diagnostics are not automatically deleted after 30 minutes.

Photos, generation and retention

Photos are displayed locally before submission. When you click Generate video, both photos are uploaded to private object storage and provided to safety and generation services through temporary links. Task settings, status and credit records are stored with your account. Removing a photo from this page does not delete an earlier upload. Contact support to request deletion.

Cloudflare R2 stores uploaded references and generated results for this site. Safety and generation service providers receive photos, the fixed scene instructions and necessary media through temporary links to process your request. Cloudflare D1 stores account-linked task settings, status, timestamps and credit records. No automatic deletion period is currently promised: uploads and results remain until removed by the operator for a deletion request or operational needs, subject to security and legal record retention. Removing a photo, starting another task, signing out or closing the page does not delete an upload. Request access or deletion at contact@makehotellobby.video; we cannot delete copies you downloaded or shared, or promise third-party retention terms not independently confirmed.

Tasks and credit records

When enabled, the service checks submitted photos and instructions before reserving 1 credit. It generates a 10-second 720p video using Seedance 2.0 Fast and checks the output before delivery. Input rejection does not charge. A confirmed failure before output refunds the reservation. Generated output remains charged even if blocked or awaiting review. Unknown submissions keep their reservation and are not automatically resubmitted. Send the task ID to support for investigation.

Generation is available only after this site’s storage, safety checks and model service are configured and verified. The form reports current availability. Payments and the proposed packs remain separate; adding the integration does not enable purchases.

Captions, downloads and sharing

Edited post captions stay in page memory. Copying sends text to your clipboard. Downloading saves the approved video on your device; sharing opens the device share sheet and sends the video to the app you choose. We do not connect social accounts or publish automatically. External apps apply their own policies.

When you use the language selector, your browser saves your chosen language in a PARAGLIDE_LOCALE cookie for up to 400 days. This preference contains no photos or test-session identifiers. You can remove it by clearing this site's cookies.
